Matthew was amazing! I bought a mini speaker for my daughter for Christmas and it stopped working. He went out of his way to send her a shipping label to mail it back to the store and then he sent a new one back to her dorm room at OSU! Great customer service. I will definitely be buying more BOSE products from here.
Don't go an hour before closing. Sales guys are a joke. Rude and not very knowledgeable as I was asking basic questions after telling them I was definitely going to buy the item. I will not return to this store and I should have just walked out.
