Huge selection of fun and trendy stuff in the home goods area. The clothing area is "meh," I didn't see anything to get excited about. The prices seem pretty high... At least if you're bargain shopping. I suppose if you usually pay full price for mid to higher end stuff, then get a "discount" here. I probably could find the same stuff elsewhere for cheaper. Clearance racks were picked to the bone. Otherwise this is a nice, clean and organized store. Long wait at checkout. There was an employee in the front organizing shelves and she kept chiding... We need more cashiers... But she also was assisting the cashiers in problem solving (aka she seemed to know the registers). Seemed odd that SHE couldn't hop on a register, but I know department stores have lots of rules about register training, so who knows. I know there were at least three other employees at the back folding towels, but perhaps they didn't have register training either?

Great store for home decor at a great price. Kathy Lee, the manager, was so helpful when I asked about a specific product and she was able to help me locate 3 pieces! In a world where customer service is scarce, I am so appreciative that she took the time to help me along with one of her Other genuinely nice associates. I will definitely continue shopping at this location and recommend to family and friends.

I like this store. With the combination of T.J. Max and Home Goods it is larger; offering more items. The store is bright and aisles are clear ... easily maneuvered with cart.

It's really neat that both stores are combined into one which makes it so convenient to shop and compare items if you are looking for something in particular. Even if you aren't looking to buy something, it's such a fun sensory experience just to go and peruse!

I love T.J. Maxx, they have great prices for good quality clothes. However today (9/21) I found a gradient pink/purple water bottle, but it was damaged. I asked where to find more of them, the lady showed me then bolted away as quickly as possible. She didn't even make sure I would find what I was looking for, or look somewhere else. Then I went to checkout and told the cashier it was damaged, I then had to wait 10 minutes for the lady in that department of the water bottle (she was standing right next to the register area) to come and approve a markdown. The water bottle had blue and red marks all over it, and I was given 15% off ($9.99 water bottle turned to be $8.50) it was still more expensive than the other water bottle I had found in great condition! For being a chain store, the employees should have better training and be better at assisting customers!
