Good department store. Satisfactory service with large selection and good sales. I really love the big and tall section.
I love Kohl's but this one is poorly managed. My husband and I found a great deal on coats - the price displayed above them said $59.99. When we checked out, they rang up as double that amount, so we had them check it. Turns out there was an entire line of coats under the wrong price display, and they acted like it was our fault for not knowing and they wouldn't honor the price they were displayed under. We won't be going back to this location.
I've gone to this Kohl's for years and always enjoy visiting. My family loves Kohl's stores in general and we've gone to this store faithfully since we moved here 15+ years ago. The store is always organized and clean, the merchandise is always great (I love the Lauren Conrad line), and the staff are friendly.
Love this store. Only complaint is that it is not one of the " larger" stores. Great associates.
