I needed an engraved dog tag for my 20yr old deploying daughter..it was short notice. I wanted to present her with it on our visit in less then a week. It went in on Tuesday and was done Wednesday! Super nice people that helped every step of the way. They even offered to over night it at no expense to me if it wasn't done before i left.. amazing experience!

I've gone to this store repeatedly to fix the shank on my ring. Today it's broken in half and started overlapping. I'm absolutely furious. I've spent hundreds on this ring, my fiancée has spent hundreds, and you can't fix the shank the first time around. This is the first full day I've worn it. It makes me wonder if it's really getting fixed or your blowing smoke up my butt. Regardless. The manager helps us everytime, and I'm done coming into this store over and over again. I'll be surprised if we come back to get any other type of jewelry.
Went here today near the end of the night and had an absolutely horrible experience. We were trying to buy a small earring set for our baby daughter's first set. I hope management sees this post and corrects this as the one of the staff members, a blonde female whom I don't remember the name, there was the most typical pushy and rude sales person I've ever come across. Trying to get me to open a credit line there when my wife already had one and trying to upsell us to over 1000$ earrings. After i expressed how ridiculous this was we began to leave and she started heckling us on our way out even! We will not be returning here and will not let any friends or family shop here. Its really sad as we spent several hundred dollars at this particular store last year but obviously staff doesn't care about the customers just making a sale...
