Seriously cannot day enough about the kindness and flexibility of this office. Our son had an emergency procedure on a Saturday night and they were AMAZINGLY accommodating.
We didn’t think this level of care still existed. Our highest recommendation possible for the staff here.
My 2 year old son had his first appointment at Castle Rock Kids' Dentistry today. From the time we walked in the door, everyone was SO friendly and welcoming to both me and my son! They put his favorite movie on in the waiting area, then we quickly went back for his appointment. The exam room had fun decals on the wall and his favorite movie on a tv above the chair.
Dr. Townsend and staff are great. We don't have a dental plan and it was easy to get total costs up front so we knew what amount to expect. Very happy with the care received.

The staff took the time to get to know us personally, and made my son super comfortable. The checkup and cleaning were so fast - and they even got him to floss (you know you are good with toddlers when you can get them flossing, LOL).
Took my son here for his very first dental appointment. Everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming, my son had such a great experience!
We were in and out within 25 minutes with new friends, clean teeth and a prize for my little guy (who wanted to stay and watch his movie and play with the staff).
They were patient with our son. Gentle. And extending amazing friendliness during a late evening event.
