I had A/C problems, took car to Dbl D, they got it working fine but it went out a week later. They made it right even though it was NOT their fault. An O ring failed and they could not have foreseen that. Kudos to Dbl D.
Some of the biggest headaches I have ever had over a repair shop are from these guys. I had problems with my engine light going on and off for awhile and these guys could never figure out what the problem was for whatever reason. It lead to unnecessary repairs that weren't cheap and a lot of frustration on my end. They never kept their promise on time either ! They never had my car ready by when they said they would, and sometimes I would show up to get it and they hadn't even looked at it yet. Clearly placing other business in front of mine. As hard as they claim figuring the problem out was, Christian Brothers figured it out and fixed it the first time I brought to them. My car was ready when they said it would be and I haven't had a single problem with it since. Don't waste your time or hard earned money at Double Auto.
They have kept both our ( older) vehicles running and happy for quite some time now. As satisfied as I've ever been with a mechanic.
I take two of my cars there for regular maintenance for 3 years now. Always a great experience. Prices are always fair, service is great and they know what they are doing! Highly recommend.
Kevin and the team are amazing! They changed out my radiator in one vehicle and have done all of the work on my other. They are always courteous and get the job done right the first time!!
