I have had absolutely wonderful experiences with Colorado Community Bank. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me. Every employee I have met at this bank has been incredibly kind and generous with their time! What truly amazes me is that I do not usually go into the bank, but when I do, everyone recognizes me and addresses me by name. They even remember my safe deposit box number!
THIS BANK DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. THEY BOUGHT MY BRANCH OF THE BANK I BANKED WITH FOR YEARS I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY WERE DOING IT UNTIL I GOT A STRANGE DEBIT CARD IN THE MAIL AND I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT IT WAS. I HAVE NEVER HAD WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. THEY WON'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU WHEN YOU ARE UPSET AND THEY DO NOTHING BUT BLAME OTHER PEOPLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR. MY WHOLE FAMILY HAD ACCOUNTS THAT THEY BOUGHT AND WE HAVE ALL CLOSED THEM AND RECCOMEND ANY BANK BUT COLORADO COMMUNITY BANK!
